Questions parents ask
Why start career planning from Class 6?
Interests and strengths show up early, and Class 6–8 leaves time to build skills before the stream decision. Starting in Class 10 often leaves only a few months to decide something that shapes the next ten years.
Which stream should my child choose after 10th?
Start from the career, not the stream. Decide which careers suit your child's strengths, then pick the stream that leads there — Science, Commerce, Arts or a vocational route. Choosing a stream because friends or relatives did is the most common mistake.
Which stream is needed for IAS, CA, doctor or engineer?
IAS: any stream, any graduation. CA: any stream, though Commerce helps. Doctor: Science with Biology (PCB). Engineer: Science with Maths (PCM). We cover many more careers in the workshop.
When should my child take an aptitude test?
Class 9 or early Class 10 is a good time — early enough to act on the result before the stream decision. A test is one input; your child's interests and school performance matter too.
What if my child is not interested in studies?
Low interest often means the subject or the method does not suit the child, not that the child cannot do well. Finding what they enjoy and are good at usually changes how they study. We cover this in the Class 6–8 session.
What details do you collect about my child?
Only the class and, if you choose, a first name. We do not ask for the school, photos or the child's phone number. The parent fills the form and gives consent.
