These documents together form the complete and binding contractual framework between you and Business Roadmap.

Acceptance of these Terms does not require a physical or digital signature. Any of the following actions shall constitute valid and binding acceptance: (a) accessing or browsing businessroadmap.in; (b) completing OTP verification; (c) submitting any service intake form; (d) making any payment toward our services; or (e) receiving a report or any deliverable from Business Roadmap.

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below throughout these Terms:

Business Roadmap reserves the absolute right to add, modify, discontinue, or reprice any service at any time without prior notice. Services are subject to availability and Business Roadmap's internal assessment of each order. Business Roadmap reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons, and shall refund the payment in such cases.

To use Business Roadmap's platform and services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

(a) You must be at least 18 years of age;
(b) You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
(c) You must not be barred from receiving services under any applicable law;
(d) You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and order placement;
(e) If acting on behalf of a company or organization, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all the above eligibility conditions. Business Roadmap shall not be liable for any consequences arising from false representations of eligibility. Any order placed in violation of these eligibility conditions may be cancelled by Business Roadmap without refund.

By using Business Roadmap's platform and services, you agree to the following obligations:

5.1 Accurate Information: You shall provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all intake forms, queries, and communications with Business Roadmap. The quality and accuracy of our Reports are directly dependent on the information you provide. Business Roadmap shall bear no responsibility for any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or misleading nature of information provided by you.

5.2 Single Use & Non-Redistribution: Reports delivered to you are for your personal or internal business evaluation purposes only. You shall not share, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, or make available any Report or part thereof to any third party without Business Roadmap's prior written consent.

5.3 No Misuse: You shall not use our platform or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or anti-competitive purpose. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our methodologies, frameworks, AI systems, or proprietary processes.

5.4 Compliance with Laws: You shall ensure that your use of our services and any business activity undertaken on the basis of our Reports is in full compliance with all applicable Indian and local laws and regulations.

5.5 Communication: You shall remain reachable at the contact details provided at the time of order placement. Business Roadmap shall not be liable for failure to deliver Reports or notifications arising from incorrect or outdated contact information provided by you.

6.1 Pricing: All service prices are displayed on businessroadmap.in and are subject to change at Business Roadmap's sole discretion without prior notice. The price applicable to your order shall be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation and payment.

6.2 GST & Taxes: All prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. GST shall be charged at the prevailing rate as per Indian tax law and shall be payable by the User.

6.3 Coupon Codes: Discount coupon codes are offered at Business Roadmap's discretion and are subject to validity periods, usage limits, and conditions. Business Roadmap reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or invalidate any coupon code at any time. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.

6.4 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateway partners. Business Roadmap does not store your card or banking credentials. Successful payment confirmation shall constitute a binding Order.

6.5 Failed Payments: In case of payment failure, no service obligation shall arise on Business Roadmap's part. You are responsible for ensuring successful payment completion. Business Roadmap shall not be liable for any losses arising from failed or delayed payment transactions attributable to your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.

All sales of Business Roadmap's services are final. Business Roadmap operates a strict No-Refund policy as a default position. Given the nature of our AI-powered report generation services — which involve dedicated computational resources, proprietary analysis, and human oversight — no refunds shall be issued once an Order has been placed and payment has been received.

7.1 No Refund Situations: Refunds shall not be provided in any of the following circumstances:

(a) You change your mind after placing the Order;
(b) You are dissatisfied with the Report's content, length, or recommendations;
(c) Your business idea or parameters change after Order placement;
(d) You withdraw your consent to data processing after Report delivery;
(e) You fail to read the Report within the delivery link validity period;
(f) You provided incorrect or incomplete information in the intake form;
(g) You found an alternative service at a lower price after Order placement;
(h) The Report's verdict (GO / CAUTION / PIVOT) does not align with your expectations.

7.2 Exceptional Refund Consideration: Business Roadmap may, at its absolute discretion, consider a refund only if: (a) Business Roadmap is unable to deliver any Report within 3x the stated delivery timeline through no fault of the User; or (b) Business Roadmap exercises its right to decline an Order after payment. Such refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment source.

7.3 No Cancellation Post-Payment: Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed. The service process commences immediately upon Order confirmation.

8.1 Standard Delivery Timelines: Business Roadmap targets the following indicative delivery timelines from the time of Order confirmation:

These timelines are indicative and not contractually guaranteed. Business Roadmap shall not be liable for delays caused by: (a) technical failures or outages of third-party platforms; (b) force majeure events; (c) incomplete or unclear information submitted by you; (d) high order volumes; or (e) any other circumstance beyond Business Roadmap's reasonable control.

8.2 Delivery Mode: Reports shall be delivered as an HTML document via a unique, secure URL sent to your registered email address. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correctly provided and your inbox is accessible. Business Roadmap shall not be responsible for reports going to spam or being undelivered due to your email provider's settings.

8.3 Link Validity: Report delivery links are valid for a reasonable period as determined by Business Roadmap. Failure to access the Report within the link validity period shall not entitle you to a re-delivery or refund. You are advised to download or save the Report promptly upon receipt.

8.4 Report Format: Reports are delivered in the format determined by Business Roadmap. No specific format, language style, length, or structural preference shall be guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing prior to Order placement.

9.1 Informational Purpose Only: All Reports, analyses, verdicts (GO / CAUTION / PIVOT), financial projections, market assessments, and any other content delivered by Business Roadmap are provided strictly for informational and general advisory purposes only. They do not constitute — and shall not be construed as — legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, regulatory guidance, or any form of professional or expert opinion.

9.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy: While Business Roadmap employs AI-powered analysis and human oversight to ensure quality, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currentness, or fitness of any Report for any specific purpose. Market conditions, regulatory environments, and business circumstances change rapidly, and Reports reflect information available at the time of generation only.

9.3 No Guarantee of Business Success: A GO verdict from Business Roadmap does not guarantee the success, profitability, or viability of your business. A CAUTION or PIVOT verdict does not mean the business will necessarily fail. These are analytical assessments based on the information provided and general market data — they are not predictions or guarantees of any outcome.

9.4 Independent Verification Required: You are strongly advised to independently verify all information, projections, and recommendations in the Report before making any business decision, investment, or financial commitment. Business Roadmap strongly recommends consulting qualified legal, financial, and industry professionals before acting on any Report.

9.5 AI-Generated Content: Our Reports are substantially generated using artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or limitations inherent to the technology. By ordering a Report, you expressly acknowledge and accept this characteristic of our service.

10.1 Ownership: All content on businessroadmap.in — including but not limited to Reports, analyses, frameworks, methodologies, AI models, branding, logos, taglines, website design, code, and proprietary processes — is the exclusive intellectual property of Business Roadmap and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License to Users: Upon full payment and delivery of a Report, Business Roadmap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable personal license to use the delivered Report solely for your own private internal business evaluation. This license does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Report in any manner.

10.3 Prohibited Uses: You shall not: (a) claim authorship or ownership of any Report; (b) present any Report as your own original work to investors, banks, or third parties without clearly attributing it to Business Roadmap; (c) use any Report or extract thereof for training AI models, competitive intelligence, or benchmarking against Business Roadmap; (d) upload any Report to any public platform, database, or repository.

10.4 User-Submitted Data: You retain ownership of your underlying business idea. However, by submitting information to Business Roadmap, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your submission for research, benchmarking, service improvement, and market intelligence purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Business Roadmap's platform and in connection with our services. Engaging in any prohibited conduct shall entitle Business Roadmap to immediately terminate your access, cancel your orders without refund, and pursue all available legal remedies:

(a) Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information in any form submitted to Business Roadmap;
(b) Impersonating any person, entity, or organization in connection with our services;
(c) Using our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
(d) Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with our platform, systems, or infrastructure;
(e) Using automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access, copy, or extract content from businessroadmap.in;
(f) Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any Report or service without written authorization;
(g) Engaging in any conduct that damages, disparages, or brings into disrepute the reputation of Business Roadmap;
(h) Filing frivolous or malicious complaints, chargebacks, or legal proceedings against Business Roadmap;
(i) Using our Reports to misrepresent your business to investors, lenders, government bodies, or any third party;
(j) Sharing coupon codes or referral benefits in violation of their stated terms and conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Business Roadmap, its directors, employees, agents, AI systems, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

(a) Any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of or reliance on our services;
(b) Any business decision made by you in reliance on a Report, verdict, or recommendation from Business Roadmap;
(c) Any investment loss, loan liability, or financial damage arising from acting on our Reports;
(d) Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in AI-generated Report content;
(e) Any delay in report delivery due to technical failures, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control;
(f) Any loss of data, unauthorized access, or security breach arising from your own actions or third-party systems;
(g) Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature;
(h) Any regulatory action, legal proceeding, or penalty arising from your business activities informed by our Reports;
(i) Any failure or interruption of third-party services including payment gateways, email providers, or cloud platforms.

12.1 Aggregate Liability Cap: In any event, Business Roadmap's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12.2 Essential Basis: You acknowledge that the limitations of liability set out in this section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and are an essential basis of the bargain between you and Business Roadmap. Business Roadmap would not provide services at the current pricing without these limitations.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Business Roadmap, its directors, employees, agents, and authorized representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with:

(a) Your breach of any provision of these Terms;
(b) Your misuse of Business Roadmap's platform, services, or Reports;
(c) Your submission of inaccurate, false, misleading, or incomplete information;
(d) Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
(e) Any business decision or action taken by you on the basis of a Business Roadmap Report;
(f) Any claim by a third party arising from your use or misuse of a delivered Report;
(g) Any unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent transaction initiated by you.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiry of your relationship with Business Roadmap.

14.1 Business Roadmap's Rights: Business Roadmap reserves the absolute and unconditional right to, at any time and without prior notice:

(a) Suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform;
(b) Cancel any pending Order, with or without refund at our discretion;
(c) Refuse to process any Order or provide any service to any User;
(d) Blacklist any User who has violated these Terms, initiated fraudulent chargebacks, or engaged in conduct harmful to Business Roadmap;
(e) Withdraw, modify, or discontinue any service offering at any time.

14.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your access: (a) all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease; (b) any pending orders may be cancelled; (c) your obligation to pay for services already rendered shall survive termination; (d) all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 10, 12, 13, and 17.

14.3 No Liability for Termination: Business Roadmap shall not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your access to the Platform or services, even if such action results in loss of access to previously purchased services.

Business Roadmap's platform and services may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, payment gateways, and digital platforms to facilitate service delivery. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, over which Business Roadmap has no control.

Business Roadmap shall not be liable for: (a) the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party service; (b) any data breach, loss, or unauthorized access occurring at a third-party service provider; (c) any failure of payment processing, OTP delivery, or email delivery attributable to third-party platforms; (d) the terms, policies, or practices of any third-party website linked from our platform.

Your use of any third-party service in connection with Business Roadmap's platform is entirely at your own risk. Business Roadmap does not endorse, recommend, or warrant any third-party service.

Business Roadmap reserves the absolute and unilateral right to amend, modify, replace, or supplement these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without any prior notice to you. The revised Terms shall be posted on businessroadmap.in with an updated effective date and shall take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of our platform or services after any modification to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review these Terms. Business Roadmap shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to review updated Terms.

If you disagree with any revised Terms, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the platform and services. No modification to these Terms by you shall be valid or binding on Business Roadmap unless expressly agreed in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Business Roadmap.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17.1 Exclusive Jurisdiction: All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or Business Roadmap's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably waive any right to object to such jurisdiction on grounds of inconvenient forum, lack of jurisdiction, or any other ground.

17.2 Pre-Litigation Notice: Before initiating any legal proceedings against Business Roadmap, you agree to: (a) provide written notice of your grievance to Contact@businessroadmap.in; (b) allow Business Roadmap 30 days to respond and attempt resolution; and (c) engage in good-faith discussion. Failure to follow this process shall be raised as a procedural defense by Business Roadmap in any resulting proceedings.

17.3 No Class Actions: You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Business Roadmap.
