Career Roadmap · For graduates

Not getting a job? What to do after graduation

Most graduates don't get hired because of a skills gap, not a lack of degrees. Find the gap first: what the role you want asks for, what you already have, and the shortest course that closes the difference. Then build a resume that gets shortlisted and practise interviews until you are ready.

Questions graduates ask

I am not getting a job after graduation. What should I do?

Pick one target role, list the skills its job posts ask for, and compare them with what you have. Close the top two or three gaps with short, practical courses, update your resume around them, and practise interviews. Applying everywhere without this usually fails.

Which course is best after BCom?

It depends on the role you want. Accounts and GST roles value Tally and GST practice; finance roles value Excel and financial analysis; banking values operations and customer skills. We match the course to your target role, not the other way round.

What skills do freshers need for a data analyst job?

Usually Excel, SQL, one visualisation tool such as Power BI, basic statistics, and two or three small projects you can show. The exact list changes by company, which is why we check live job posts in your city.

Can I get a job without experience?

Yes, many fresher roles hire without experience, but they expect proof of skills — projects, internships or certificates that match the job. The workshop shows how to build that proof quickly.

Is the workshop really free?

Yes. The workshop is free. A paid one-to-one service with a skill-gap report is coming soon; joining the workshop does not commit you to it.
