Questions about starting a business
What is a business feasibility report?
A feasibility report checks whether a business idea can work before you invest — demand, competition, cost, profit and rules. Idea Check gives a BR Score out of 100 with a GO, CAUTION or PIVOT verdict, the reasons, and what to change.
How do I know if a business will make a profit?
Work out your monthly sales, your fixed and running costs, and how many months it takes to cover the money you put in. Idea Check does this from your answers and shows the break-even point and the numbers that need to change.
What is a project report for a bank loan, and who makes it?
It is a document that shows the bank your project cost, how you will fund it, expected sales and profit, and how you will repay. CAs and consultants prepare it; the Loan Ready File gives you one in bank format, starting at ₹2,999 + GST.
How much subsidy does PMEGP give?
PMEGP gives a margin-money subsidy on the project cost: 15–25% for the general category and 25–35% for special categories, including women, depending on urban or rural location. Exact eligibility is checked by the implementing agency and bank.
Can I get a Mudra loan without collateral?
Mudra loans are generally given without collateral and are covered by a government credit guarantee. The bank still checks your project, repayment capacity and papers.
Do you guarantee that I will get the loan?
No. We prepare the project report and show the schemes you may qualify for. The loan decision is always the bank's.
